About the role

Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
  • Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process
  • Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc.
  • Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs
  • Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures
  • Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors
  • Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products
  • Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly
  • Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented
  • Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry
  • P&L responsibility preferred
  • Experienced in team building and management preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Must be process oriented
  • Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required
  • Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors
  • Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus

Pay

REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER - HOME IMPROVEMENTS BASE SALARY ($90K-$95K) + PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES (UP TO $150K + YEARLY)

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITH IN THE REGION UP 25 WEEKS PER YEAR
