About the role
Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch locations in SEATTLE & PORTLAND.
- Oversee branch operations in the PACIFIC NORTHWEST Region.
- Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs.
- Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.
- Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors.
- Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products.
- Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly.
- Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented.
- Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry.
- P&L responsibility preferred.
- Experienced in team building and management preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Must be process oriented.
- Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors.
- Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus.

Pay
BASE SALARY ($90K-$95K) + PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES (UP TO $150K + YEARLY)
Schedule
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITH IN THE REGION UP 25 WEEKS PER YEAR
Qualifications
