Regional Field Trainer - West Coast

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tailored sales training programs focusing on various key areas
• Conduct field rides to coach sales personnel with data-driven insights
• Facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing among sales teams and partners
• Support marketing and sales strategy through team training and coaching
• Aid in large-scale training initiatives and meetings alongside corporate partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree desirable
• 8-12 years of experience in sales training or related fields
• Proven ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
• Strong time management skills for balancing multiple projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Pay

$111,100 – $185,100 annually
