Regional Field Trainer - East Coast

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Field Trainer - East Coast to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and deliver field training that strengthens sales performance across a regional commercial organization. The position partners closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer-facing teams to build coaching capability, support onboarding and ongoing development, and reinforce consistent execution in the field. The work will help improve team effectiveness, knowledge sharing, and readiness across large-scale training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop targeted sales training programs for field representatives.
• Conduct field rides and coach sales personnel using data-driven insights.
• Establish and facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing among teams.
• Implement and support marketing strategies in collaboration with regional sales teams.
• Assist in large-scale training initiatives, including national sales meetings and advanced training sessions.
• Maintain close communication with regional sales leadership to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of related experience; a graduate degree with 4 years of related experience is a plus.
• Strong background in sales training and development for HCP customer-facing teams.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales leadership.
• Proficient in providing coaching and enhancing the skills of sales personnel and leadership groups.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for diverse audiences.
