Regional Field Service Technician

As the face of Marvin, you’ll deliver exceptional post-sales support for our premium windows and doors, working directly with customers to solve problems and ensure a great experience. Manage your own schedule, plan routes efficiently, and document service visits clearly. You’ll hit the road in a company-provided vehicle equipped with everything you need, including a laptop or iPad.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales support for Marvin’s premium windows and doors.
• Work directly with customers to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage your own schedule and plan efficient routes.
• Document service visits clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of construction experience, especially with windows and doors.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, even in challenging situations.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding.
• Valid driver’s license and meet DOT medical certification requirements.

Pay

$27.00–$31.00 per hour, based on experience.
