Essential Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment)
- Use tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools)
- Read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams
- Troubleshoot and repair engines
- Work well as part of a team
- Work in non-climate-controlled conditions
- Travel, including overnight travel
- Use strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed
Qualification Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in a technical role or extensive experience with issue resolution exposure within Field-Service on engines (ideally INNIO Jenbacher engines)
- Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills
- Willingness to work in shift model (depending) and on call
- Fluency in English
- Good interpersonal skills
