The Field Service Technician (Rotating Equipment & Precision Millwrighting) at IPS is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial rotating equipment. This role involves leading on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of AC/DC motors and coupled equipment. Technicians are expected to adhere to strict safety standards, utilize advanced tools and equipment, and collaborate with a high-performing team.

Technicians must possess 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment. They should also demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints, possess strong problem-solving skills, and communicate technical findings professionally. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed for on-call field service are also required.
