Regional Field Recruiter

Role Overview: The Regional Field Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting services for high-volume, field-based positions across U.S. and Canadian markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using traditional, digital, and social media channels.Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidate fit for roles such as installers, sales, marketers, and canvassers.Manage applicant tracking, provide weekly updates, and ensure compliance with employment laws.Perform high-volume outbound calling to prospective candidates and businesses.Collaborate with management and HR teams to maintain consistency and meet staffing needs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including supporting multiple business units.Proficiency with recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and applicant tracking systems.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently, meet goals, and handle high-volume recruitment activities.Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
