Regional Field Director, Patient Support Services - West
Main Responsibilities
Develop effective business plans to execute brand strategies that are consistent with corporate brand and marketing plans and are tailored to geography and customer context.
Cook up all business activities and drive results within geographic area of responsibility.
Ensure effective execution of Sanofi strategies and tactics within assigned geographic area.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive disease state and product awareness in the rare blood disorder market.
Cook up closely with cross functional leaders to foster teamwork and a high level of customer service and education.
This coordination includes Sales, Thought Leader Liaisons, Managed Markets, Medical Affairs and Patient Services.
Leverage expertise in clinical data, disease education, diagnostics, product information, presentation skills and market trends to drive team performance.
Recruit, hire, coordinate training and ensure engagement of Community Relations and Education Manager field team.
Manage the performance of the team by providing individual constructive feedback and coaching.
Set clear direction, communicate, train, guide, inspire and hold accountable personnel in order to maximize team performance.
Visit customers with field team personnel to ascertain effectiveness.
Provide developmental assignments to individuals to improve organizational capabilities and develop future leaders.
Provide key market insights and field feedback to marketing and leadership teams.
Review and analyze data/systems/procedures to support idea generation and implementation of strategic and tactical objectives.
Organize and execute effective POA meetings.
Manage and adhere to all company policies and Legal and Regulatory guidelines.
Uphold and exemplify Sanofi’s core values.
About You
- Basic Qualifications: 3-5 Years experience leading a field-based team with documented achievements, BA/BS Degree Required, preferably in life science or business, Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, with demonstrated successful results, Experience in launching Rare disease product(s) or complex specialty products, Experience in coordinating patient and provider support services such as specialty pharmacy, reimbursement services, nursing services, specialty distributor, etc., Ability to travel 50-80%, Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned region, Valid driver's license
- PREFERRED Qualifications: MBA or MS degree in business/clinical/science is a plus, Launch experience strongly preferred, Hematology experience strongly preferred
