About the role

The Regional External Specialist (Bilingual in Chinese) plays a crucial role in enhancing community engagement and fostering business relationships within the region. This position requires strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance community outreach and engagement
Facilitate cross-cultural communication and understanding between internal and external stakeholders
Manage relationships with key external partners and vendors
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management
Collaborate with internal departments to align initiatives and goals

Requirements

Bilingual in Chinese and English
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience in public relations or marketing
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
