About the Role

Drive operational improvements throughout the facility in collaboration with all department managers. Serve as the primary facilitator for all Kaizen events across departments. Spend 70% of time on the production floor leading 5S initiatives, Kaizen events, and standardized work instruction development. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including productivity, scrap, rework, downtime, OEE, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery. Apply Lean tools to conduct Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, Visual Management, and Process Mapping.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience utilizing Lean tools and methodologies in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• BS degree preferred
