Regional Environmental Manager

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Food & Beverages environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of environmental regulatory compliance across multiple facilities
• Collaborate with plant teams on environmental compliance issues and ensure documentation accuracy
• Conduct routine environmental audits and help identify sustainable solutions
• Develop and implement environmental management systems and plans as needed
• Foster teamwork among various internal groups to enhance environmental efforts
• Assist plant teams with budgeting for environmental activities
• Lead incident investigations and manage environmental reporting to agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of environmental compliance manager-level experience
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental compliance standards and regulations
• Proficient interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage changing project elements and timelines effectively
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with CAD and project management software experience as a bonus
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including being on-call

Pay

$107,305 – $140,895 annually
