Position Purpose
Lead the Division’s regional business execution and development, aligned with set targets and in close cooperation with ANDRITZ internal stakeholders. Focus on securing the Division’s position as a preferred partner to customers and grow the market share and total addressable market in the Region.
Organizational Reporting
The Regional Division Manager reports in a matrix to the Global Division Manager and Regional Business Area Segment Manager.
- Sales project-related decisions as per global process guidelines
- Propose Regional targets based on Global MTP and Budget outlines
- Prioritization of work based on opportunity and resource evaluation
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Regional adaptation, communication, and implementation of Division’s strategy, targets, business processes, and global operating model
- Regional coordination and alignment across the Product Groups, Service, PPAD, and other key stakeholders
- Business coaching of key position holders
Operational
- Weighted Region P&L responsibility
- Excellence in customer satisfaction, proposal quality, and responsiveness
- Escalation channel for the customer and internal deviation remedy leadership
- Requirements towards the global organization based on a holistic understanding of the customer business
- Employee satisfaction and engagement
Tasks
- Customer relationship management
- Collaboration with KAM network
- Market Information collection and reporting
- Competitor intelligence collection and reporting
- Sales organization lead and development
- Strategic sales planning and launching new products and business models
- Marketing and customer events
- CRM updates and forecasting
- Regional administration of global operational functions, such as project management and technology
- Participation in Division (and/or PG) management team, MTP, budget and annual target development and implementation, and Sales project reviews and winning strategy meetings
Requirements
Experience/Education
- Experience in sales and financial management tasks
- Experience in management roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or economy
Competences
- Strategic planning and leadership skills
- Familiarity with P&P processes and market, specifically in related process areas
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
