Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains a strong supplier-customer relationship.
- Solves problems at the corporate and ground level operations to promote sales.
- Oversees the duties of the Regional Managers and District Regional Managers to ensure superior customer service and any other duties imperative to fulfilling the ECMD sales and service promise.
- Affords support to the CSR manager and CSR team with questions, problems, etc.
- Supports the ECMD Distribution Director of Sales in executing sales initiatives with Specialty Products Retail Customers.
Requirements
- Communicate and work with customers in a professional manner.
- Good organizational and computer skills.
- A valid and appropriate driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Able to do all the functions of a District Manager and the Territory Service Reps.
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Work weekends and holidays when necessary
Physical Demands
- Requires ordinary conversation, hearing, and visual acuity.
- Bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach repetitively.
- Sit, stand, walk for prolonged period and move about the office and customer facilities as necessary.
- Repetitively lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
