Regional Distribution Center Supervisor (2 Positions Open)

About the role

Manage warehouse activities for BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce retail centers in Lancaster, Texas, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Associates, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Set strategic direction, manage process improvements, and monitor key performance indicators for maximum warehouse performance.
• Oversee data reporting, analyze performance metrics, and ensure alignment with BMW reporting requirements.
• Assign and adjust work duties, manage labor force, and execute corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
• Organize workload, enforce process standards, and review work instructions to ensure timely completion.
• Coach, motivate, and develop staff while handling resource planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain safety, compliance, inventory, and equipment, and support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or business experience equivalence.
• Seven (7) years of logistics/distribution experience.
• Direct management/supervision experience.
• OEM/Automotive distribution experience, preferred.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment, preferred.
• Knowledge in all operational areas within supply chain distribution.
• Experience with distribution center operational process engineering and execution.
• Knowledge of the general warehouse industry, best practices, and techniques.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality - SAP, BMW WM preferred.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $54,300.00 - $108,600.00. The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.

Schedule

This role requires full-time attendance. There are two available shifts: first shift, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and second shift, from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Shift options will be discussed during the interview process.
