Distribution Center Supervisor
About the role
The Distribution Center Supervisor role supports and leads daily warehouse operations within a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role drives operational performance across multiple functional areas while ensuring productivity, safety, quality, and service standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Assist department managers with overseeing daily warehouse operations
- Help ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Monitor team performance and support operational efficiency
- Communicate updates, progress, and operational concerns with leadership
- Promote and enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Support a positive and professional team environment
- Adapt to changing operational needs and priorities
- Aid with compliance and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
- Prior leadership or training experience is a plus
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
