Job Overview

The Regional Director will manage client relationships, providing insights and driving loyalty, profitability, and long-term client retention.

People Management

  • Attracts, develops, and retains a diverse team of community managers.
  • Supports the onboarding of new community managers.
  • Provides ongoing support with training, coaching, and developing career paths for associates.
  • Influences and mentors community managers and their teams.
  • Holds self and managers accountable for property management tasks.
  • Conducts performance management activities through regular check-ins and reviews.
  • Conducts regular team meetings to review KPIs, update on company initiatives, discuss client expectations, review financials, address training needs, and set objectives.

Relationship Management

  • Works alongside leadership to devise client relationship management plans.
  • Executes relationship management activities to identify client issues and opportunities.
  • Operations Management

    • Takes ownership of key performance indicators for their book of business.
    • Skills & Qualifications

      • Demonstrated experience in managing large, complex accounts.
      • Ability to translate organizational change implications and generate solutions.
      • Demonstrated success working with and managing cross-functional teams.
      • Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
      • Excellent communication skills.
      • Excellent leadership skills.
      • Excellent time management skills.
      • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
      • Experience in property management, construction, or hospitality.
      • Certification from CCAM or CAI in property management.

      Physical Requirements

      • Able to lift 25 lbs.
      • Able to sit for extended periods.
      • Finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
      • Able to sit for long periods.
      • Mobility to move around the office.
      • Able to hear to receive telephone calls and voice mail messages.

      Supervisory Responsibilities

      • Directly or indirectly supervises associates within the assigned property.

      Additional Information

      • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

      Compensation

      • $95,000 - $105,000 annually.
