ABOUT THE ROLEWRMC is seeking a strategic and hands-on Regional Director to oversee a portfolio of residential communities and lead a team of General Managers.This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, strengthening client relationships, and developing high-performing teams. The Regional Director partners closely with Executive Leadership and Boards of Directors to ensure each community operates efficiently, meets financial goals, and delivers an exceptional resident experience. What You’ll DoProvide leadership and operational oversight for an assigned portfolio of propertiesLead, coach, and support General Managers across multiple communitiesPartner with Executive Leadership to establish and achieve regional goalsBuild strong relationships with Boards of Directors and key stakeholdersOversee financial performance, budgeting, and process improvementsEvaluate underperforming properties and implement strategic solutionsEnsure proper staffing, hiring, and team development across sitesSupport new business development and assist with onboarding new accountsEnsure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practicesTravel regularly to properties and attend Board and community meetings as needed What You Bring5–7+ years of experience in property operations, community association management, or hospitality leadershipProven leadership experience managing multi-site teamsStrong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting and accounting principlesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation preferredHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred Additional RequirementsAbility to travel frequently between properties within the assigned regionFlexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed OUR BENEFITSAt WRMC, you'll join a collaborative leadership team committed to operational excellence and continuous innovation.
