About the role
This is a rare opportunity to lead a Talent Acquisition team across AMER & EMEA in a role that blends human judgement with cutting-edge AI. As Director of Talent Acquisition, you’ll redefine how a global technology organization hires — building a fast, unique, and trusted hiring experience while elevating TA teams into a new era of concierge consultative, insight-led future.
Responsibilities
- Lead the human side of hiring in our AI enabled Talent Acquisition
- Guide and develop our teams across AMER and EMEA, raising capability and systems adoption, from delivery-focused recruitment to strategic talent partnering
- Partner closely with your peer in Recruiting Operations and with HR teams to drive adoption and workflow automation through AI-powered tools that simplify effort without losing the humans — ensuring adoption actually works in real-world hiring
- Create consistent, high-quality hiring practices across the business — coaching leaders to make stronger, insight-led decisions and to use tools effectively without losing accountability
- Support the adoption of structured, repeatable, and inclusive interview experiences across regions. Ensure hiring decisions are evidence-led, consistent, and trusted — even as AI becomes more embedded
- Amplify our ability to attract the right Talent DNA and ensure every interaction feels authentic, fair, transparent, and human — strengthening trust and enhancing Pax8’s employer brand
- Elevate risk awareness and governance
- Influence at the most senior levels
Requirements
- Proven change management and coaching experience leading international, cross-border Talent Acquisition teams (AMER & EMEA) within a global technology, SaaS, or platform-based organization

- Strong technical fluency with enterprise ATS/HR systems (we have Workday, Rooster, Hiredscore, Brighthire) and how they shape recruiter behavior and outcomes
- Demonstrated success leading teams through building & transformation, especially where AI, automation, or new systems are introduced
- Practical understanding of AI across the hiring lifecycle, alongside a clear, human-centred perspective on its ethical use
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating complex hiring challenges
- A leadership style that balances data-driven thinking with strong human judgement and care
- Unwavering resilience and a sense of humor
