Responsibilities
- Leads the Caregiver Talent Acquisition and Physician Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services across all assigned areas.
- Oversees the sourcing structure for both Caregiver and Physician recruitment, ensuring proactive talent pipeline development and market competitive sourcing strategies.
- Designs and executes recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates leveraging technology and continuous performance improvement.
- Strategically and proactively identifies and addresses organizational workforce planning needs.
- Evaluates and refines sourcing, selection, and onboarding procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Safeguards Talent Acquisition to deliver its services effectively and consistently.
- Identifies and monitors appropriate metrics to ensure teams are operating effectively.
- Develops and implements service recovery processes, tracking customer support interactions and results.
- Led teams in cycles of continuous performance improvement, deploying approaches systematically, evaluating efficacy, and incorporating learning over time.
- Leads special projects for the Talent Acquisition function as designated by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
- Participates as a leader in the strategic planning process for Human Resources Centers of Excellence.
- Ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all areas of responsibility.
- Provides data and support for audits, surveys, and compliance reviews.
- Manages department staff effectively, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring competency.
Qualifications
- EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or progressive responsibility demonstrating leadership capability.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience within the relevant service line (e.g. caregiver and/or physician recruitment), demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and support team performance.
