What You'll Do
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
- Source and evaluate potential hires through various channels
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires

- Experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple industries
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
