What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates
  • Source and evaluate potential hires through various channels
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires

  • A proven track record in talent acquisition
  • Experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates across multiple industries
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
