Responsibilities
- Lead and develop hiring teams across AMER and EMEA, focusing on system adoption and strategic talent acquisition
- Transform recruitment through the integration of AI and workflow automation while retaining human-centric practices
- Coach hiring managers to implement consistent and high-quality hiring practices
- Enhance interview processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and data-driven decision-making
- Improve candidate interactions to create a positive and authentic experience during recruitment
- Establish standards for ethical hiring and compliance with governance
- Collaborate with executives to address complex hiring challenges and develop talent strategies
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience leading international Talent Acquisition teams in technology sectors
- Expertise in mixed hiring environments, including forensic sourcing and high-volume recruitment
- Strong technical proficiency with enterprise ATS systems like Workday and Hiredscore
- Experience driving teams through transformational change, especially involving AI and automation
- Deep understanding of AI’s ethical application throughout the hiring process
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex hiring issues
- Resilient leadership style that merges data-driven insights with empathy
