Responsibilities

  • Quickly establish and maintain high level of credibility and relationships with stakeholders
  • Accelerate/ Maintain momentum of implementation of established Fox strategic TA processes
  • Provide exemplary leadership as defined and represented by Fox Core Values
  • Coach & develop TA team members as exemplary leaders who promote Fox Core Values and adhere to principles of “What Excellence Looks Like in TA”
  • Cast and promote vision throughout Fox in support of talent initiatives
  • Oversee budget and operations of the TA team
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build TA employer branding
  • Contribute as a member of the Tactical Leadership Team
  • Monitor the marketplace and proactively address potential sourcing, recruiting, and staffing challenges
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers
  • Strategic planning to ensure talent availability in support of Fox growth plans
  • Collaborate with departmental and branch leaders in supporting future potential talent and leadership needs
  • Assist with design, promotion and implementation of team member development initiatives to boost number of qualified internal candidates for advanced positions and leadership opportunities
  • Seek feedback from supported departments for improving processes and results
  • Continually assess and improve TA strategic processes for maximum effectiveness and ROI
  • Promote effective policy development which promotes growth, invites engagement, and maintains legal and safety compliance
  • Maintain an overall knowledge of recruiting best practices and legal compliance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven leadership excellence
  • 5+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the recruiting/talent acquisition arena
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
