Responsibilities

• Project Management – Manage all special project teams and initiatives, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
• Critical Incident Leadership – Respond to any Compass Connections program site or location within 24 hours of assignment to ensure continuity of operations.
• Data Analysis – Collect and analyze all program data routinely and on demand, delivering draft versions of quarterly and annual reports.
• Regulatory Liaison – Maintain knowledge of all accrediting agency standards and advise on changes for dissemination throughout the division.
• Asset Management – Ensure all medical clinics have necessary assets and keep insurance, lease, A-133, and fleet information updated.
• Technology Systems – Serve as a division information systems specialist, maintaining expert knowledge of all Compass Connections technology systems.
• Other Responsibilities – Provide leadership support and direction for medical and residential programming, ensuring compliance with standards and assisting with operations.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
• Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
• Pass a pre-employment and renewal criminal background checks.
• Demonstrate the ability to respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers, and professionals.
• Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by Compass Connections when needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
• Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
• Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 75% travel, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.
