Regional Director of Operations

Brief Description

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) will oversee up to 4 Independent and Assisted Living communities in Southeast Michigan. This position will lead their communities in all areas of operations, including financial management, resident and associate satisfaction, regulatory requirements, hiring and staffing of community management team, census management, and achieving monthly and annual budget goals.
