Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned referral goals by completing all phases of marketing strategies with targeted healthcare professionals at multiple levels
• Create and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Maine area, including hospitals and healthcare organizations
• Create and curate community engagement initiatives to elevate our brand among the community
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively and work independently
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to attend occasional events as required

Requirements

• Relevant and equivalent work experience in healthcare or a related field
• Related business experience, preferably in the senior care industry
• Ability to work in the field and travel occasionally
• Experience with NaviHealth referral management and familiarity with Medicare & MaineCare

What We Offer

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $175,000 annually
