Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Director of Golf Outreach and Veteran Engagement to lead mission-driven growth across a powerful national outreach program in a hybrid remote role.
About the Role
Guardian Outreach Ministries Inc. is a rapidly growing, faith-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Florida dedicated to preventing veteran suicide through community outreach. We serve veterans, first responders, and local communities by fostering mentorship, fellowship, and practical support to help individuals rediscover purpose and hope. Our hands-on approach includes over 120 Guardian Day events each weekend across a national network of golf course partners, making our mission impactful.
Responsibilities
- Lead partnerships with golf courses, churches, businesses, and community leaders
- Oversee outreach events that unite veterans and communities
- Ensure excellence and alignment with our mission
- Connect with partners, track performance, set goals, and expand Guardian's reach
- Represent the organization with professionalism
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, account management, or operations
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
- Availability for weekend events
- Preferred experience includes golf industry exposure, team management, B2B development, ministry/outreach, and CRM use

Benefits
