Regional Director of Development

Responsibilities

• Negotiate lease agreements with favorable terms
• Collaborate with legal counsel on zoning and permits
• Identify development opportunities and assess inventory
• Cook with contractors, surveyors, and engineers to facilitate asset construction
• Engage with government officials on asset development and relocations
• Attend public hearings and regulatory sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience; a graduate degree or real estate license is a plus
• Three years of real estate experience, preferably in portfolio management or entitlement processes
• Two years of management experience in a related field
• Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and field work
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
