Responsibilities
- Negotiate lease agreements with favorable terms
- Collaborate with legal counsel on zoning and permits
- Identify development opportunities and assess inventory
- Cook with contractors, surveyors, and engineers to facilitate asset construction
- Engage with government officials on asset development and relocations
- Attend public hearings and regulatory sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent experience; a graduate degree or real estate license is a plus
- Three years of real estate experience, preferably in portfolio management or entitlement processes
- Two years of management experience in a related field
- Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and field work
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
