Regional Director of Care - Senior Living

Role Overview: The Regional Director of Care is responsible for overseeing nursing functions across multiple senior living communities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain high-quality resident care. Key Responsibilities: Support clinical and quality initiatives, policies, and protocols within communities.Mentor and train Directors of Care, ensuring adherence to standards and effective onboarding.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting audits and mock surveys as needed.Provide guidance on Quality Assurance and Risk Management to communities and management.Assist in developing proactive resident-care strategies to improve retention.Plan educational programs and support community staff development.Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of nursing or clinical leadership experience.Ohio RN license required; BSN preferred or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.Willingness to travel up to 75%, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.Ability to work indoors, perform occasional physical tasks, and demonstrate good judgment and analytical skills.
