Regional Care Director

Role Overview: The Regional Director of Care oversees nursing functions across senior living communities, ensuring high-quality resident care in compliance with all regulations. They mentor Directors of Care, enhance clinical quality, and support proactive care strategies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage clinical initiatives, protocols, and compliance across multiple communities.Mentor and train Directors of Care, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and regulations.Conduct audits, mock surveys, and monitor resident assessment accuracy and timeliness.Advise on Quality Assurance, Risk Management, and resident retention strategies.Support educational programs and ongoing staff development.Perform other duties as assigned to promote excellence in resident care. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years in nursing or clinical leadership; Ohio RN license required.BSN preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).Ability to make complex decisions, work indoors, and perform occasional physical tasks.
