Role Overview: The Regional Director of Care is responsible for overseeing nursing functions across multiple senior living communities, ensuring high-quality resident care, compliance with regulations, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Support and implement clinical and quality initiatives within communities.Mentor and train Directors of Care, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health guidelines, conducting audits and mock surveys.Advise on Quality Assurance and Risk Management strategies.Develop proactive resident-care plans to enhance retention.Lead educational programs and support ongoing staff development.Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years in nursing or clinical leadership.Ohio RN license required; BSN preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Willingness to travel up to 75%.Effective communicator with strong judgment and decision-making skills.Ability to work indoors, perform occasional lifting, bending, and stooping.
