Regional Director, Northeast
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow the example. Likely we should only include those headings when we have content. The "Who We Are" and "Who You'll Work With" could be considered "About the company" but not in list; maybe we can omit them or incorporate into a brief paragraph before About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can include a brief intro paragraph before the headings, maybe using
. However the instruction says "Output ONLY the HTML fragment". It didn't say we cannot have extra paragraphs. We'll include a brief intro paragraph summarizing Who We Are and Who You'll Work With? Might be considered boilerplate? It's substantive but not required headings. Could be included as a
before sections. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, except boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Thus we need to extract the substantive parts: Who We Are paragraph, Who You'll Work With paragraph, About The Role paragraph, Responsibilities list (many bullet points), Qualifications list, Work Location sentence, Compensation paragraph, Why Corebridge? paragraph (benefits), Benefit Offerings list, maybe also Functional Area etc? The Functional Area line "Functional Area SC - Sales Commission Estimated Travel Percentage (%): More than 50% Relocation Provided: No American General Life Insurance Company" seems like metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Travel >50% is already mentioned in Qualifications? Actually under Responsibilities there is "Travel greater than 50%". Also Functional Area line repeats that. We can drop it or include as a short p. We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. Thus final HTML: maybe start with a
containing Who We Are and Who You'll Work With combined? Could separate into two
s. Then
About the role
... (the About The Role paragraph)
ThenResponsibilities
- ... each responsibility
Qualifications
- ... each qualification
Work Location
maybe not in list but we could include as. But we could incorporate into a short paragraph under a heading? Not required. Could just add a
after Qualifications. Then
Pay
The compensation for this role is based on a combination of a base salary, plus commissions.
ThenBenefits
- ... each benefit
. Benefits list: From "Benefit Offerings Include Health and Wellness: We offer a range of medical, dental and vision insurance plans, as well as mental health support and wellness initiatives to promote overall well-being." - Retirement Savings: We offer retirement benefits options, which vary by location. In the U.S., our competitive 401(k) Plan offers a generous dollar-for-dollar Company matching contribution of up to 6% of eligible pay and a Company contribution equal to 3% of eligible pay (subject to annual IRS limits and Plan terms). These Company contributions vest immediately. - Employee Assistance Program: Confidential counseling services and resources are available to all employees. - Matching charitable donations: Corebridge matches donations to tax-exempt organizations 1:1, up to $5,000. - Volunteer Time Off: Employees may use up to 16 volunteer hours annually to support activities that enhance and serve communities where employees live and work. - Paid Time Off: Eligible employees start off with at least 24 Paid Time Off (PTO) days so they can take time off for themselves and their families when they need it. Also "Why Corebridge? At Corebridge Financial, we prioritize the health, well-being, and work-life balance of our employees. Our comprehensive benefits and wellness program is designed to support employees both personally and professionally, ensuring that they have the resources and flexibility needed to thrive." This is intro to benefits; we can include as a
before the benefits list. We also have "Who We Are" paragraph: "At Corebridge Financial, we believe action is everything. That’s why every day we partner with financial professionals and institutions to make it possible for more people to take action in their financial lives, for today and tomorrow. We Align To a Set Of Values That Are The Core Pillars That Define Our Culture And Help Bring Our Brand Purpose To Life We are stronger as one: We collaborate across the enterprise, scale what works and act decisively for our customers and partners. We deliver on commitments: We are accountable, empower each other and go above and beyond for our stakeholders. We learn, improve and innovate: We get better each day by challenging the status quo and equipping ourselves for the future. We are inclusive: We embrace different perspectives, enabling our colleagues to make an impact and bring their whole selves to work." That's a bit messy with missing spaces. We'll keep as is. "Who You'll Work With" paragraph: "Corebridge Financial is an outstanding franchise that brings together a broad portfolio of life insurance, retirement and institutional products offered through an extensive, multichannel distribution network. We hold long-standing, leading market positions in many of the markets we serve. With our strong capital position, customer orientation, breadth of product expertise and deep distribution relationships across various channels, we are well positioned to serve growing market needs." We'll include those as
before sections. Now ensure we don't include EEO etc. Remove all that. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap sections in appropriate tags. Let's craft:
