You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Lead your sales team to exceed strategic sales targets and build a robust sales pipeline
• Develop and deliver regular sales forecasts to track team performance
• Align client engagement strategies with the company’s mission and culture
• Collaborate with technology partners and execute marketing campaigns
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients to establish long-term partnerships
• Recruit and coach sales professionals to achieve a culture of success
• Work cross-functionally to optimize revenue growth and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing security technology and services sales teams
• Successful track record of achieving multi-million-dollar gross margin quotas
• Strong business acumen related to cyber security risks and business goals
• Executive presence with a network of executive relationships
• Proven ability to develop sales professionals through coaching and performance management
• Experience building territory and account management plans
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and risk compliance markets

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
