About the role

Reporting to the President of MasterCorp Commercial Services, the Regional Director, Campus Services will oversee sales, operations, and the financial well-being of the Region. This position ensures business growth and quality standards are met to drive financial objectives in a designated region, focusing on workflow, processes, client relations, account growth, cost containment, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains existing clients, generates proposals, and closes new business to achieve financial and sales goals for the Region.
  • Collaborates with MCS Business Development to ensure operational efficiencies for current and future growth.
  • Utilizes and updates Salesforce for prospects and new business.
  • Promotes the brand by attending networking events and participating in trade associations.
  • Develops and maintains client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conducts customer and tenant visitations and inspections for quality control and contract compliance.
  • Submits daily inspection reports from field visits for database input into MasterCorp’s inspection system, Orange QC.
  • Reviews inspection notes daily with the operations team.
  • Responds promptly and accurately to customers’ emails throughout the day.
  • Assists/completes payroll review each pay period.
  • Conducts bi-weekly operations meetings and quarterly training meetings.
  • Partners with the Operations team to correct service deficiencies; walks sites with the Operations team during and after business hours using Orange QC.
  • Performs monthly P&L review with the President and Finance Director.
  • Manages and ensures effective communication between Facility Services, Office Management, and all corporate departments.
  • Onboards and supervises Operations, Area Managers, and Account Managers.
  • Ensures MCS’ policies and procedures are followed by managers and supervisors; performs coaching and counseling as needed.
  • Provides MasterCorp systems training to all staff for day-to-day janitorial operations.
  • Maintains security for customers’ access keys.
  • Participates in special department projects as needed.
  • Uses and understands MasterCorp’s scheduling program, MasterMind.
  • Keeps and maintains the Region’s client appointments.
  • Manages the Region’s budget, payroll, supplies, and other required budgets.
  • Visits regularly and maintains excellent relations with customers.
  • Reviews and approves subcontractor invoices.
  • Manages Region operations day and night.
  • Manages floor crew efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensures constant communication with the Operations team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive management responsibility with successful multi-site experience; required.
  • Ten years’ experience in facility operations, preferably within an education/campus facility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and highly effective interpersonal skills. (Bilingual Spanish a plus)
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.
  • Self-motivated team player with a high sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Proficient in Orange QC or other common facility management, quality management, and work order monitoring tools.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $94,800.00 - $118,475.00, based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
