Regional Director, Career Services
About the role
Develop and execute comprehensive career services strategic plans to produce exceptional placement results meeting and exceeding ABHES, BPPE, and programmatic accreditation thresholds.
Drive innovation in placement strategies, incorporate emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on placement trends, labor market analytics, and program viability.
Develop and implement specialized placement strategies for distance education students, ensuring equitable career outcomes across all learning modalities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive career services strategic plans that ensure college-wide objectives producing exceptional placement results meeting and exceeding ABHES, BPPE, and programmatic accreditation thresholds.
- Drive innovation in placement strategies, incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on placement trends, labor market analytics, and program viability.
- Develop and implement specialized placement strategies for distance education students, ensuring equitable career outcomes across all learning modalities.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a manager or above level position concerned with career/student services management and career development administration and evaluation, program/product marketing, employer/community relations, fiscal and operations management at a corporate/divisional level or above.
- Experience with development and implementation of career programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in education, administration, business management, student affairs, or related field required.
- Master's degree in specialty field preferred.
