Responsibilities
- Developing and executing comprehensive career services strategic plans that ensure college-wide objectives producing exceptional placement results meeting and exceeding ABHES, BPPE, and programmatic accreditation thresholds.
- Driving innovation in placement strategies, incorporating emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on placement trends, labor market analytics, and program viability.
- Developing and implementing specialized placement strategies for distance education students, ensuring equitable career outcomes across all learning modalities.
Requirements
- At least five years’ experience in a manager or above level position concerned with career/student services management and career development administration and evaluation, program/product marketing, employer/community relations, fiscal and operations management at a corporate/divisional level or above.
- Experience with development and implementation of career programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in education, administration, business management, student affairs, or related field required.
- Master's degree in specialty field preferred.
