Operational Excellence

Conduct business unit assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and Lazer requirements.

Identify best practices to reduce driver turnover and ensure management teams build strong relationships to improve retention.

Develop, execute, and assess programs to ensure that Lazer deploys best practices in yard management solutions.

People Development

Coach and develop Regional, Area, and Site Managers.

Conduct periodic 1:1s, goal setting and performance reviews.

Customer & Vendor Relations

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Customers.

Utilize available metrics to monitor and maximize customer deliverables.

Safety & Compliance

Lead safety performance by developing procedures and campaigns to eliminate hazardous behaviors and promote a culture of workplace safety.

Financial Responsibility

Maintain P&L accountability for the region, including budget development and financial forecasting.

Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities to drive improved financial performance.

Leadership

Identify and communicate goals and challenges with recommended solutions and strategy.

Pay

Pay Range: 145000.00-155000.00 per_year
