Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for multiple ABA clinics and regional operations.
  • Partner with Clinical Directors and Operations teams to ensure the highest quality of clinical care and service delivery.
  • Support, mentor, and develop Clinical Directors, BCBAs, and other regional leadership staff.
  • Monitor regional clinical quality, client outcomes, and compliance with BACB standards, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.
  • Drive operational performance, including productivity, staffing, scheduling, utilization, and financial performance across assigned locations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives, process improvements, and organizational goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development within the region.
  • Ensure clinics maintain high standards for documentation, authorizations, treatment planning, and data integrity.
  • Analyze regional performance metrics and develop action plans to improve quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Support new clinic openings, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive culture focused on clinical excellence, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and funding agencies.
  • Participate in regional budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Promote a healthy work-life balance while ensuring exceptional care for clients and families.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience providing ABA services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple clinics, programs, or regions within an ABA organization.
  • Strong clinical leadership, operational management, and team development experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Able to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of ABA clinical experience. Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing clinical teams, multiple clinics, or regional operations (preferred).
  • Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required).
  • Licensure: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (Required). Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), where applicable (Required).

Compensation

Pay: $90,000–$1400,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
