Regional DC Manager

We're on the lookout for a committed, motivated Regional DC Manager who will be part of the team at our Regional Distribution Centre - NSW. You will be joining a company with a great culture, where you will be supported. Day in the life… Ensure management of all aspects of day-to-day operations at the Regional Distribution Centre site, ensuring consistency in all areas of operations, including but not limited to:Stock management, team management, safety including MHE fleet management, pallet controls, and other tasks as required by the National Operations ManagerAssist in leading the development and continual enhancement of distribution centre in all elements of operationsMotivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are metActively support the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of new employeesProvide input and leadership across National Supply Chain projects What we need from you is simple... along with your strong communication skills & your ability to build strong working relationships, you bring exceptional organisational experience. You're organised, reliable with a strong work ethic & you're the person that just gets things done! You have strong leadership and management skills, the ability to inspire staff and keep them motivated, capacity to improve warehouse efficiency's and make day to day processes better however most importantly, we're on the lookout for motivated, hard-working individuals who want to grow & build a career with us.
