About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing electrical systems within the regional data center. This includes but is not limited to power distribution, lighting, and HVAC systems. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on data center infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement electrical systems for data center operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy efficiency
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Perform inspections and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in data center electrical engineering
- Experience with data center electrical systems and power distribution
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and other relevant codes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with electrical system design software
- Hands-on experience with electrical testing and inspection
- Knowledge of data center cooling systems and HVAC integration

$100,000 - $120,000 annually
