Regional Credit Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish new customer accounts by retrieving information for credit applications and determining the creditworthiness of applicants.
• Set up new jobs by verifying bonds and sending out Notice to Owners.
• Oversee that all projects are kept within the legal limitations of the lien/bond laws.
• Maintain clean aging by resolving customer adjustments promptly.
• Monitor, protect, and manage the company’s accounts receivable.
• Contact customers for accounts receivable under balances.
• File liens to protect accounts receivable under the assigned regions.
• Handle sensitive customer issues.
• Process and complete daily lien waivers and releases.
• Preset collection updates to management on individual customers.
• Partner with all lines of business to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly collection percentage goals.
