Regional Controller

This is a senior leadership position focused on financial accounting, reporting, controls, and process improvement across multiple manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial accounting and controllership activities across the regionOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reportingEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and balance sheetsProvide financial oversight across multiple manufacturing locationsLead and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals, including several ControllersOversee internal controls, audits, compliance, and accounting policiesPartner with operations and business leadership on financial performanceIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and reportingSupport ERP implementations and finance transformation initiativesEstablish consistent accounting practices and controls across locationsIdeal BackgroundBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA or other accounting designation preferredSignificant experience in financial accounting and controllershipExperience as a Plant Controller, Business Unit Controller, Division Controller, Regional Controller, or similarStrong manufacturing or industrial experienceExperience with month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger, balance sheet, cost accounting, and internal controlsExperience leading and developing accounting teamsStrong ERP experience; SAP experience is highly preferredComfortable partnering with plant and operational leadershipHands-on leadership style with a track record of improving processes
