Regional Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance business partner for Operations, Sales, and HR leadership.
• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze and communicate business performance, including key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve profitability, productivity, and cost performance across all locations.
• Lead monthly financial reviews and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and financial controls.
• Support capital investment analysis, pricing decisions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Develop and improve financial reporting, KPIs, and decision-support tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results, forecasts, and balance sheet accounts.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 finance professionals.
• Travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing finance, accounting, or controlling experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and partnering with business leaders.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Proven ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and translate financial data into business actions.
