About the role
Responsible for overseeing construction projects within a regional area, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain project progress and address concerns.
- Monitor project costs and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD).
- Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
