Regional Construction Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects within a regional area, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to maintain project progress and address concerns.
• Monitor project costs and adjust as necessary to stay within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills

• Construction management software proficiency (e.g., Procore, ArchiCAD).
• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
