What You’ll Do
- Lead the preparation and presentation of the Monthly Commercial Review (MCR) for client leadership, providing comprehensive analysis of yearly spend forecasts, tracking variances, program changes, funding approvals, portfolio risks, and project-specific risks.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and provide early warnings on issues impacting project and program performance to support prudent decision-making.
- Support Capital Plan/Pipeline management by acting as the regional PMO's interface with the client, updating milestones, costs, and cashflows, and ensuring data accuracy in eBuilder.
- Cook up and validate new project requests, including scope, schedule, budget, and cashflow development, ensuring regional alignment.
- Prepare detailed benchmarking reports using historical client data, internal Turner & Townsend insights, and external published data to inform business cases and decision-making, including the use of the Universal Estimating Template (UET).
- Maintain a quarterly rolling tracker documenting project-related savings, cost avoidance, and value-add initiatives across the region.
- Act as the eBuilder Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing training and ensuring system adoption.
- Provide strategic oversight, onboarding, and quality control for internal and external Cost Management teams.
- Promote best practices across regions and foster collaboration across CBRE/T&T service lines.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study. Graduate degree preferred in a sector-related subject.
- RICS chartered quantity surveyor OR minimum 8 years of relevant commercial management experience.
- Proven experience overseeing and leading cost management teams (internal/external).
- Strong background in managing global or multi-country capital portfolios, particularly corporate office fit-out projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for senior client engagement.
- Highly analytical, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
- Expertise across Estimating, Cost Management (full lifecycle), and Program-level Commercial Management.
Compensation
The minimum salary for this position is $190,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $208,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
