About the role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Coach for their National Branch Growth & Enablement team within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role will focus on improving branch network performance through the delivery of scalable workshops and targeted coaching for new District Managers.
Deliver Workshops
- Coordinate logistics and facilitate pre-developed workshop content in person and virtually, focusing on the Behavior Framework, Management Cycle, affluent and small business activities, and other priority topics.
- Identify opportunities and align with Regional Executives and District Managers, leveraging workshop and branch observations and feedback to implement simple actions to boost success.
- Support Branch Leaders in identifying opportunities and providing feedback.
- Support District Managers in facilitating District Manager-led Branch Manager meetings.
- Guide effective prioritization and skill execution without direct authority.
- Coach select District Managers on the Behavior Framework, Management Cycle, affluent activities, and other focus areas.
- Support customer and employee-facing pilots and rollouts, as needed, including collecting feedback and evaluating effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of how the bank branches operate.
- Expert knowledge of the Behavior Framework, Management Cycle, and affluent activities, and how each drives improved customer experience and business growth.
- Proven ability to coach and influence across multiple levels - driving behavior change, supporting large-scale training initiatives, and guiding effective prioritization and skill execution without direct authority.
- Proven written, verbal, and presentation skills, including dynamic and engaging workshop facilitation to build employee knowledge and skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time.
- Reliable transportation is required.
Pay Range
$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
