About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN to provide clinical leadership and operational support across multiple Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities. This executive role collaborates with Leadership teams to enhance quality outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach nursing teams
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Support survey readiness
• Monitor key quality indicators
• Oversee EHR systems
• Mentor leadership development
• Travel within the region for onsite support

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BSN degree
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of CMS regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Multi-site leadership experience
