Responsibilities
- Monitor centers on a routine and structured basis to determine level of compliance, areas of weaknesses and vulnerability relative to regulatory and Quality Assurance programs.
- Audit centers’ MDS processes to ensure appropriate and accurate coding.
- Develop monitoring reports for regulatory compliance, Quality Assurance and MDS purposes.
- Identify areas for performance improvement and assist centers in establishing appropriate interventions.
- Aid centers in developing and implementing plans of correction for cited deficiencies.
- Aid centers in correcting deficiencies/sub-standard performance relative to Company Quality Assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse credentials with a combination of education, training, and experience to perform the necessary functions of the position.
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse.
- Experience in acute and long-term care settings.
- Experience in multi-site, leadership, and educator roles preferred.
