Regional Clinical Educator

About the role

Saint Clare's Health, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Educator to join its award‑winning team. The organization includes CMS 5‑Star Rated hospitals and provides safe, high‑quality, compassionate care across Morris, Warren, and Sussex counties. Facilities include Denville Hospital, Dover Hospital, Behavioral Health Centers in Boonton, Denville, and Parsippany, and an Imaging Center in Parsippany, among other satellite locations. The hospitals have earned multiple quality awards, such as Leapfrog “A” ratings for patient safety and Healthgrades recognitions for orthopedic surgery, stroke treatment, heart care, and various surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational services for clinical and patient‑care areas to support the hospital’s objectives, mission, and values.
• Support corporate‑wide programs, policies, and procedures designed to assess, evaluate, and meet patient needs.
• Assist with the development and implementation of education plans for training in all clinical settings.
• Deliver hands‑on training for clinical staff to achieve the hospital’s educational goals.
• Implement an ongoing training program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of care, treatment, and services delivered to patients.
• Collaborate with Nursing Directors to provide educational services to staff.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintained thereafter.
• Minimum of 5 years acute‑care nursing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years prior educational experience (preferred).
• BSN degree (preferred).
• Ability to travel to various Prime Healthcare facilities on an as‑needed basis.

Pay

The estimated compensation range for this role is $40.00 to $49.83 per hour on an annualized basis. Exact starting compensation will be determined at hire based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.

Schedule

Full‑time position with variable shifts.
