Responsibilities
- Liaise between partners, customers, and internal teams for successful delivery of solutions
- Drive and manage sales/channel marketing campaigns and events
- Deliver product presentations to enhance sales effectiveness
- Cross-sell and up-sell based on customer understanding
- Develop new sales channels and opportunities within the Contact Center space
- Facilitate closing opportunities and support sales training
- Drive activity to recruit new agent partners through networking and telemarketing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Prior proven experience in a Channel Sales or related role
